Education
Chinati’s education department offers innovative, diverse and thoughtful programs that encourage a deep engagement with the museum’s collection in a supportive, convivial classroom setting. Led by artists and educators who are passionate and knowledgeable about the museum, these hands-on, object-making experiences can be geared toward children or adults and include an in-depth exposure to the collection that enriches, excites and challenges the participants’ understanding of Chinati’s work.
Chinati’s educational and public programming is supported with generous grants from the Texas Commission on the Arts, National Endowment for the Arts, The Brown Foundation, The Cowles Charitable Trust, Horace W.
