I take full responsibility for providing safe transportation to and from the Chinati Foundation and for ensuring that my child is dropped off and picked up punctually. The Chinati Foundation will not be held liable for any injuries, sickness, allergic reactions, or theft of personal properties incurred by students during the Spring Break Art Classes.
Chinati staff will take photos during the art classes for possible inclusion in our annual Newsletter, and for educational purposes. I permit photographs of my child to be take for these purposes.
